I went for jogging in the neighborhood.
Running through the rice field, checking the height of its growth, smelling the air of the summer, enjoying the color of the sunset, admiring the stable mountain range....
Very moderate, but sensitive nature there is....
No wonder Japanese would be very sensitive.
Last two times, I was even encouraged by junior high school students and a mid 40Th lady who I don't know...
Simply they sent me the warmth of the encouragement.
I am appreciate how they are, how the community is.
I am glad that I have this Japanese sensitivity.

シンガポール完全撤退！！！
アメリカに再度勉強のために行くって心に決めたのは、ちょうど昨年の今頃。
それから、学校の選定、アプリケーションの為のエッセイ作成やら、書類の取り寄せ。。。
仕事をしながらのこの動きがとっても精神的にも物理的にもとっても大変だったのは今となっては
遥か昔に思えてしまう。。。
更に今回の引っ越し作業が思いのほか体力的に大変で、、、
昨日、長岡に着いたものの、、、これまでに無いくらいの疲労のため、
恒例であった、帰国翌日のおじいちゃん、おばあちゃんの家でのランチにも行けず。
引っ越し、お友達とのお別れがどれだけ大きなことだったか、、、ご想像いただけるでしょう。。。
そう。４年８カ月のシンガポール生活。
キャリアコンサルタントとして出会った企業の方々、転職者の方々、
それから、一個人として出会った方、、、
多くの方に支えられた４年８カ月でした。
私がどんな御礼を言ったとしても、十分で無いと思うほどに
いろんな方がお別れ会を連日開催してくださり、、、
更に空港にまで見送りに来てくれる方まで。
本当にありがとうございました！！！
最後まで好きになれないシンガポールという国でしたが、
その地で出会ったお友達は本当に私にとって、かけがえのない方ばかりです。
お盆頃まで長岡に居ます。
それからはまた新たなアドベンチャーがスタートします！
楽しみです！
みんなとはどこで何をしていても、
いつかまた笑顔で会えると思っています。
本当に楽しい時間を共有してくれてありがとう！！！

Writing a letter
Writing a letter makes my time very precious.
The time to feel my heart is beating and thinking about me and others.
Recently, I have been getting few letters.
I've noticed that the structure, contents and even message were messed up = no logical development.
I know that sometimes it's fine not to be logical, when you just want to let other people know you are thinking of her.
In the movie 'Norwegian wood', Mr. Watanabe wrote to Ms. Naoko what he has been thinking and asking her to answer him whether he did hurt her.
Letters (emails and blogs too!) can be one way just like a love.
Readers would get different message than the writers message.
We all have to keep it mind that not to give up communicating to find out the true message.
Maybe we are way too used to it to have too many short messages.
It's good opportunity for you to take time to write on Sundays.

I went to watch the movie 'Norwegian Wood' directed by Trần Anh Hùng.
Love is different to each person.
Love can't prove its value.
Each person just try to seek what he/she thinks it's love during one's lifetime.
Nobody is expected to have the same love.
Love is varied.
If you are comfortable with the love you receive, stay with it.
If not, then leave it.
No guilty.
Leaving may be a love too.
Love could be one way.
If you want to make it both ways, you respect and appreciate the other half's love it's style.
Love doesn't have to be matched.
There is no way to compare.

Communication level
As most of you know I am a recruitment consultant.
What we do is to try expanding candidate's opportunities and get them a job.
Sometime even the job scope and requirements are bit different / difficult for the candidate, I still try to introduce the position.
Why?
It would be a good way to know their personality bit, when they look at the JD (job description).
Responses:
1. He gives a glance at the JD and it's title and check the name of the company and say 'sure! I wanna try!'
My internal feeling →'Do you know what kinda job, Maaan!?'
2. He reads each sentences carefully, and honestly shares what he can't do but positively he would say that he will try learning and like to apply if it's possible.
My internal feeling →'Good communication / analytical skill! He knows what he can do and can't. And he would try and work hard for further achievement.
3. Reading fast to find what he can't do or things not qualified and then say 'I am not qualified for this position since I can't do this one skill they are requesting'.
My internal feeling →'Hellooo?''I already knew that would be bit difficult, but wanted you to show the positive / trying/ learning attitude!'
I think that can convert to their girlfriend relationships;
#1 man: He cares her appearance and what she wears!
Communication skill level: Animal, Physical basis.
#2 man: Well balanced man. He might not be able to get her, but she will feel that he is sincere and secure. He can prove himself trying to build stable relationship with her, not with his selfish desire.
Communication skill level: Human
#3 man: He reserves himself, but checks everything about her. Predict in negative ways, give up by himself without trying. This type of guy gives many good reasons not to try so that he can protect himself being hurt.
Communication skill level: Talking with his barbie doll at home or virtual fantasy girl.

中田 ＆ 前園 チャリティーサッカー
プレミア！とまで言われたチケット！
安い席で6ドルから高くて200ドル。
50分ですべてのチケットが完売だったと。。。
中田と前園がシンガポールで震災のためのチャリティー試合をしたのです。
日本はアルビレックスの2軍メンバーその他メンバーVSシンガポールのナショナルチームからの選抜メンバー。
この日に限ってなぜか異常に蒸し暑い。
同僚は上司命令で1時半から席取りに。。。
5時開幕って、私はマイペースに20分前着。
それでも、まだ暑い。
後半戦になって徐々に風がふきだして、、、
そんなころ、後半戦から出場の中田が見事に美しいゴール！！！！
素晴らしい！！！
スタジアム総立ち！さすがに興奮しました！！！！
ちょうど目の前にゴールがあって、
小さなスタジアムなので、とても近い！
プレーヤーのお互いの掛け声や、ちょっとしたことがすべて伝わるのがまた面白い。
