Last past weekends, I was staying home and making this Creme Brulee!
Some people calls it's pudding, some calls panna cotta anyway anyhow it taste soooo good!!!!
It's silky smooth, not too sweet but got good flavor, and the caramel source gives the bit of bitterness.
Anyone who would like to get my recipe, just ask me ;P
