Rare Fruit in Vietnam

I don't see this in Singapore, but in Vietnam.
Very juicy and sweet!
Anybody have an idea what does it called?

Maybe my gardener friend in Germany might have an idea???

Hey Naomi. We have that in Thailand, too! It's called "noi-na"in Thai .. I think it's custard apple in English? No idea really because it's definitely a tropical SE Asian fruit. Dang .. I really miss Thai fruit :(
